Dear Skot and Ting, thank you so much for releasing Don’t Worry to the world, and for believing in me again. At a crucial, most weakest moment in my career this year, you’d chosen to shed light, at another weak moment when i wrote Don’t Worry six years ago, you still believed in me even when we didn’t have the ability to release any of our songs. You are one of the reasons why I still have the courage to believe in myself, and believe in the magic of music. And you guys are also one of the reasons why I do what I do today...to spread love and hope, because I know so clearly, how much impact a human being can make when we choose to shine for others. For this, the little Dena, and the big Dena cannot thank you enough for giving me a chance to experience humanity in the most beautiful way.
In a world filled with people choosing to spread hate for selfish reasons, you guys reminded me that the other side of the world do exist. And that love and mutual respect really CAN be learnt, and CAN conquer the world.
I’ve had the honor to see SKR grow from scratch and I couldn’t be prouder for what you’ve accomplished. There wouldn’t be Daydreaming, or Don’t Worry without the help and trust from SKR. LOVE U GUYS! xx Dena
